16:30 The Meshchansky Court fined the movement "For Human Rights" in the amount of 300 thousand rubles under the article on foreign agents (part 2 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). About it writes "MBH Media".
The fine was imposed due to the absence of the “foreign agent” marking in the same materials of the Ulyanovsk branch of the human rights organization, because of which Lev Ponomarev was fined today.
The defense emphasized that “For Human Rights” is currently liquidated, and its legal address is closed. Roskomnadzor stated that this does not prevent prosecution, since the protocol on the offense against the organization was drawn up before the liquidation.
