Sberbank launched its own service for residents of apartment buildings at the Domklik service - it is planned that the Russians will find a house in which they live or plan to buy an apartment on the Domclick.ru portal in the My House section and create neighboring communities.

According to Sberbank, “the community will allow residents of houses to communicate with neighbors, offer ideas and jointly solve problems, agree on the improvement of the house, entrance and yard, as well as discuss the work of the management company and pay for housing and communal services.”
The service has a function specifically for real estate buyers: you can subscribe to the notification of the sale of apartments in an interesting house. It is assumed that they will be able to get truthful information directly from the residents.
After a person selects at the address the house in which he lives, he will receive information about him: the year of building a building, the material of the walls, the number of apartments, and even the type of ceiling.
The service will help residents “attract attention to problem situations and unite to solve them, influence the work of the management company,” explained the director of the Domklik division Nikolai Vasyev.
Domklik is part of the Sberbank ecosystem Sberx. Now the service helps Sberbank customers who have already received a mortgage, find a suitable apartment in houses accredited by the State Bank.
