The Yakut court imposed a fine and arrests on the shaman's supporters under the article on disobedience to the police

On January 23, the Yakut City Court imposed a fine and administrative arrests on the supporters of warrior shaman Alexander Gabyshev under the article on disobedience to the order of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). This was reported by MBKh Media with reference to the coordinator of the “Human Rights Postcard” Alexey Pryanishnikov.

The court ordered Pavel Bogachev (Loki), Alexei Brylev (Cat) and Yuri Konyukhov (Dukha) to be arrested for three days. Viktor Makerov (Elf) was fined one thousand rubles.

All four members of the shaman’s squadwere detained on the morning of January 22 at Gabyshev’s home and taken to the department, allegedly for identification purposes. There, reports were drawn up against them and they were placed in a temporary detention center until the trial.

On January 16, the Investigative Committee of Yakutia refused to initiate a criminal case against Alexander Gabyshev and returned the seized sword to him.
On December 10, Gabyshev and a member of his squad, Evgeny Rostokin (nicknamed Raven), were detained . The reason was allegedly the need to carry out investigative actions in connection with the criminal case brought against the shaman. The next day, Gabyshev was again sent under recognizance not to leave. However, on December 23 it was canceled , and the charge of calls for extremism was never brought.
A resident of Yakutia, Alexander Gabyshev, who calls himself a “shaman-warrior,” has been going to Moscow for several months in order to “drive out Putin.” The shaman was joined on his way by several of his supporters. On September 19, Gabyshev was detained in a night camp near the federal highway on the border with the Irkutsk region. A case was opened against him for public calls for extremist activity (Part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code). A psychiatric examination initiated by the FSB for Yakutia found the shaman Alexander Gabyshev insane.
