Psychological and linguistic examinations did not reveal calls for extremism in the speeches of Musa Malsagov and Bagaudin Khautiev at a rally against the transfer of part of the Ingush lands to Chechnya. This is reported by the "Caucasian Knot".
Earlier, Ingush activists were charged : Bagaudin Khautiev under the article on participation in an extremist community (part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code), and Musa Malsagov under the article on the creation of an extremist community (part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). The investigation appointed psychological and linguistic examinations of the speeches of Khautiev and Malsagov.
“There were afternoon and evening performances [Malsagov] March 26. They did not contain signs of extremism, as well as statements that encourage extremist activity, threats of violence. The conclusions are perfect. The new accusation of creating an extremist community is a figment of the imagination of the preliminary investigation authorities and is absurd, ”lawyer Magomed Bekov quoted the publication as saying.
Bagaudin Khautiev was not going to participate in the rally at all: he was “invited at the request of [a representative] of the administration of the head of Ingushetia, who asked Khautiev to address the people, personally led him through the cordon. After that, Bagaudin addressed the participants of the rally,” said lawyer Aralbek Dumanishev.
Dumanishev drew attention to the fact that all the defendants in the Ingush case about the “extremist community” “at a rally in Magas called for law and order, called on people to disperse.”
