Kaliningrad: The court arrested the account of the construction contractor for the cancer center

The Arbitration Court of the Kaliningrad Region arrested the account of Artel, which was the general contractor of the construction of the cancer center. This is stated in the document posted on the court website.

At the time of arrest in the account, which received payments for work at the facility, there were 44.5 million rubles.

The document also says that the regional authorities will have to return the subsidies to the federal budget: 113 million rubles have already been transferred, it is necessary to transfer another 195.5 million rubles.

The contract with "Artel" was terminated on December 24, 2019 due to non-compliance with the construction time. The construction of a medical institution will end no earlier than the first half of 2021.
