Samoilov and Makashov stood with a poster with the inscription “You can’t just take and change the constitution! Another person with signs of a crown - a virus was discovered. ”

Activists were allegedly detained by the complaint (KUSP). They made a report in the police room in an underground crossing near Sadovaya Street and are now being taken to the police department No. 28.
