"Dissernet" asks to deprive the governor of the Kaliningrad region of a candidate degree

The Dissernet project found a large number of borrowing in the dissertation work of the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region Anton Alikhanov for the degree of candidate of economic sciences. The first to report on the dissertation was the publication " New Kaliningrad ".

Experts found a copied text without quotes or links to other publications for 54 of 123 pages of work. Most were copied from the management textbook for 2006 and the thesis entitled "The Stimulation System and the Motivation of Personnel Labor, on the example of the SHLZ OJSC enterprise.

Activist of Dissernet Andrei Zazakin called Alikhanov’s work “very dishonest” and promised to achieve the deprivation of the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region of the Scientific Center. The press service of the government reported that the report of Dissernet is studied and commented later.
