The story of five-year-old S. became known at the end of 2019. She spent almost her entire life in the clinic: her mother returned her to the medical facility a few days after discharge, saying that the child had stopped breathing. Later, they repeatedly tried to discharge the girl again, but her parents refused to take her and paid a million rubles a month for their daughter’s upkeep.
