The FSB officer was repeatedly arrested in the case of the Racot Corp group

The Krasnodar Garrison Military Court sent the Major of the FSB department in Moscow and the Moscow Region Alexander Mrishchuk on charges of organizing a criminal community and a gang (part 3 of Article 210 and 209 of the Criminal Code). Mrishchuk was arrested again. The first time the FSB officer was sent in jail in the fall of 2019. Then he managed to successfully appeal the measure of restraint in the appeal instance. As Medusa wrote with reference to sources in law enforcement agencies, the “influential relatives” of the security forces contributed to the liberation.

According to investigators, the group of FSB employees in 2016 attacked smugglers who transported iPhones and computers for sale on the “pink salmon” and seized equipment. The security forces held a raid using the group “Unified Folk Community Partnerships” (“Raccoon Corp”), whose participants fought in the Donbass.

The Raccoon Corp soldiers concluded pre-trial agreements with the investigation and said that Major Mrishchuk instructed them and sent them to the raid under the guise of investigative-operational actions.

SK opened a case under five criminal articles: the organization of a criminal community (Article 210 of the Criminal Code), banditry (Article 209 of the Criminal Code), extortion (Article 163 of the Criminal Code), theft (Article 158 of the Criminal Code) and robberies (Article 162 of the Criminal Code).

In addition to Mrishchuk in the case, another FSB officer Anton Baryakshev, adviser to the academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Andrey Molokoedov, and the participants of the Raccoon Corp, led by Roman Telenkevich, are also held.
