According to Meduza , “the beating was carried out by two other employees.” The names of the police officers have not been released.
Earlier, Golunov found a video in which another arrested ex-policeman, Igor Lyakhovets, twists the arms of a witness in a criminal case. According to MBKh Media, this witness was Goloborodko.
In May 2018, she was beaten during the arrest of Umetbayev and Konovalov, Yampolskaya assures, without giving details. According to the lawyer, she contacted the internal security department of the capital’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, but “the complaint remained unanswered.” A report on disobedience to the police was drawn up against Goloborodko (part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code) and he was fined one thousand rubles.
In a criminal case on drugs (Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code), she was fined 30 thousand rubles. As stated in the verdict, a case was opened against Goloborodko for the purchase of 0.4 grams of amphetamine.
The incident that was caught on video occurred later: then Goloborodko was taken to the police as a witness in another case. MBKh Media does not specify what happened subsequently.
