Former defendant in the “Moscow case” Alexei Minyailo sued the Ministry of Finance for 150 thousand rubles for illegal criminal prosecution, reports the head of the international human rights group “Agora” Pavel Chikov. Minyailo demanded 1.5 million rubles.

According to Chikov, the activist will appeal today's decision.
