Together with the mother of Zlata, she survived the capture, liberation and action of the sleeping gas, which the Russian authorities used during the assault. She was born with signs of damage to the nervous system, symptoms transferred in the womb and developmental delay. At a year and a half, cerebral paralysis was diagnosed with gold. Zlata can envy adults today: it is engaged in horse riding, onion shooting, hand -to -hand combat, climbing a climbing, writes poetry, participates in competitions, olympiads, festivals. And - leads to the "new" column about the lives of people in Russia with features.

Last year, my friend came a summons. He went to the military registration and enlistment office with his mother. The result is a military ID with a mark “GENERAL WITH MORE LISTRATIONS” signed by the military commissar Andrei Vadimovich Garanin.

“Well, son, stop sitting, you need your homeland,” my mother tried to joke.

My friend moves in an electric stroller. He is a disabled person since childhood. He speaks poorly, and in his hands - terrible hypertonicity.

You might think that this is an absurd, rare mistake. But the agenda came to my other friend, a guy in a difficult lying state. When the mother of this boy called the military enlistment office about the “mistake”, she heard that she still needed to prove the inability of her child to serve in the army. Moreover: she was told that in case of failure to appear, she should pay a fine. This family is a road for rehabilitation.

And then mom and son are at the military registration and enlistment office, but they can’t even enter there, because for a heavy stroller you need a lift, which, of course, was not in the military enlistment office.

As they say, once - an accident, two are a coincidence. The third story will be about the nephew of our acquaintance, who has an incurable genetic disease - Duchenne's muscle dystrophy. With such a disease, they live up to a maximum of 18 years. But even this did not stop the military registration and enlistment office.

- He, poor, by the age of 18, was so twisted that he could not even get out of bed. When I got the agenda, I began to take me a strange laugh. Which of my son is a warrior? But after a minute I cried and for a long time then I could not calm down, ”the mother of a special child recalls.

Conclusion: if still alive, then forward - to protect the homeland.

The boy who arrived at the military enlistment office in the stroller (this happened in the last call, autumn) and said: “Yes, take me into snipers, I can sit in ambush for a long time and quietly!”

A guy who lives on artificial lung ventilation. All these guys received summons, and some, despite their condition, were even recognized as suitable for the service, according to some kind of mismatch of the medical and military departments. To what service can a stroller be one, with what such "insignificant restrictions"? Why do families who already wage a daily war with officials for the health of their children, for benefits, medicines, rehabilitation, should also worry about the agendas and spend time traveling to the military registration and enlistment offices that cannot be entered?

I offer children with features that were recognized as suitable for service in the army, and their parents write to me and go to military commissars with me, so that, according to the media law, demand answers to these questions and prevent such cases.
