At meetings with officials of the Ministry of Construction, we are told: then there were no equity holders deceived then and there were no deceived citizens then either. And I have children in rented apartments pay 40 thousand. For 16 years we have been fighting.

- Twice or three times we were postponed by the construction time. In July there will be three years as we have a delay. In 2016, I took a mortgage, invested a little less than three million. Now I live in a rented apartment, I pay in the region of 25 thousand. Plus I pay a mortgage 30 thousand every month. I am waiting for from the new government that they will solve the problem in the coming year - two, so that at least they resolve all this at the legislative level, so that people do not fall anymore and 15 years - 17 years old. This is the robbery of their own population.

- I invested at that time 35 thousand dollars. Our object did not begin to build. They gathered, and then said - no, this is a point development. We wrote a statement three times. We went to the courts and lost. But two people received apartments from our object, and this gave reason not to consider it problematic. I have been waiting for a decision since 2004, someone has been waiting since 2003. I do not rent an apartment, thank God, I have where to live, but, let's say, there is no personal housing. Money to the budget was transferred and they remained in the budget of the city, did not go anywhere. We are waiting for the resolution of the issue from the new government. We want our square meters paid. And for so many years of indexation, probably these apartments have become gold.

I do not have to rent housing, I have an apartment. But I sold one apartment. From the new government we expect and hope that new promises will be fulfilled.

Our developer was planted. And we are neither hot nor cold. I have where to live, but I had to work in three jobs. We are promised either payments under a shared participation agreement, or an apartment in Balashikha. But under the contract, it is not very fair and not clear when, there is no exact scheme and deadlines. The apartments were offered to 114 equity holders, but so far only three were registered. And this housing will be provided until 2023. But so far, here we do not see any contracts.
