Kaliningrad: The authorities paid 171 million rubles for non -working treatment facilities

In the Slavsky district of the Kaliningrad region, a criminal case was opened on a waste of 171 million rubles upon the conclusion of a state contract for the construction of treatment facilities, the regional prosecutor's office said .

The authorities concluded the contract with the regional department of the customer of capital construction in 2013. In 2015, employees of the district administration (their names are not called) signed an act of acceptance of work. At the same time, they knew that treatment facilities could not be operated - during construction, violations were committed.
