The premiere of the play (directors: Oleg Kuksovsky and Konstantin Kozhevnikov, playwright Elena Nosova) took place on the stage of the theater “DOC. On the island. " For the second time, the show of performance for technical reasons was transferred to the ZIL cultural center. And twice there was a full house!

The palette of the emotions that the viewer experiences throughout the performance - and this is an hour and a half without an interval - incredibly wide. There is not a minute of only one state - boredom. This is all despite the fact that there are no scenery and dialogs. There are only monologues.

People are sitting and standing on the stage, one of them begins to tell something, and as soon as he makes a small pause, the last phrase picks up the other and begins to talk about his own. The first continues. Then the third, fourth is connected. Actors freely walk around the stage, leave her, return. There are fewer artists than heroes, many of them play at once in 2-3 roles. The fact that this is another hero, you guess on the replaced topic, intonation, new attributes of clothing. And the name of the new hero appears on the screen.

Even on the screen, during the performance, there is a history of Russian charity, which was interrupted in 1917 for many decades. And only in the late 80s began to revive. One of the heroes took up charity in the nineties, someone in the two thousandths. For example, the head of the Greenpeace Russia fire department, Grigory Kuksin, left the Ministry of Emergencies and has been working in charity for 25 years. He is played by Konstantin Kozhevnikov, actor and second director of the performance. He plays in such a good humorous manner, talking about terrible, in fact, things that bribes right away, I want to listen again and again.

He tells how the fires were stewed, and they were accused of arson!

How poisoned in the media. How all forces did not go to the fight against fire, but to the battle for the opportunity to extinguish fires. And in the monologue of his hero Grigory Kuksin, the question of what people think, why they have forest fires, he says: “Trees rub against each other, warm up, smoke, deer are struggling with horns, sparks, Chechens are burning ...” He speaks with such intonation that the hall simply explodes from laughter.

Konstantin Kozhevnikov definitely managed to seize the essence of the hero, perhaps because he, along with the playwright Elena Nosova, conducted deep, many hours of interviews with all the characters in the performance. Here are quotes from his monologues:

- Interaction with the Ministry of Emergencies is more similar to counteracting volunteers. How are the groups usually gathered? In 2014, there was a forest fire in Transbaikalia. He was hidden for a long time, could not put out, he reached the military warehouses, explosions began there, 11 people died. And the conflict begins: the locals say that you have not coped, let us help, the military tell us that we do not need to help us. We are bad without you, and you will still be new victims. And then we come together with a comrade and begin to work with these guys-an express course, introduce them to the Ministry of Emergencies, we organize all this and agree that they will extinguish, but according to the rules. It always all started with conflicts, they told us - we don’t have to come to us, we don’t have to help, nothing burns with us. Our peat bogs burn in August. We told them that they were burning there since spring - they did not believe us. We brought journalists, journalists showed: here it burns. They were offended, brought other journalists to another place where they did not burn, and they said, the Greenpeace deceived you, nothing burns. I just conveyed to the colonels of the Ministry of Emergencies in the regions that I will come to them three times. The first time I come to help. You can refuse, then I'm coming with whom? With journalists. You can refuse to meet, then I come for the third time with the prosecutor's office, and through the pause:

The hall explodes with laughter again. Another heroine is the Executive Director of the Support Support Fund “Co-Union”, President of the Fair Assistance of Dr. Lisa, Tatyana Konstantinova (her role is remarkably played by actress Elena Vetrova).

Tatyana Konstantinova is the first director of the Living Adults Fund. Until 2010, only children were helped in the country, no one thought about adults who found themselves in a difficult life situation. She was a successful businesswoman, was supposed to lead a fashionable Michelin restaurant in Moscow, but came to her husband, who had a profitable business, and said that she really wanted to engage in charity professionally. Will he support her? This was fulfilled very charming and funny - actress Elena Vetrova went behind the back of one of the actors sitting on the stage, began to stroke him on the back of his head and shoulders with a cunning asking smile. And only then began to talk about her decision to go into charity. There are such words in her monologue:

- Charity in Russia has a female face. Not every woman admits, but behind every successful woman in charity is a strong back of a man: a husband, father, a man who does not want to advertise himself, but who will take on the entire content of the family, because NPOs are not about money.

Of course, this is not every woman in charity, this is a bold generalization. But the phenomenon is nevertheless quite common, it is true. And the absolute truth is that NPOs are not about money

Tatyana Konstantinova in the Living Fund a year later came to absolute burnout. She stopped buying anything: there are so many patients who urgently need operations, but they are not done only because the necessary amount of money is not going to! She could not sleep, she was tormented by a feeling of guilt, and she worked almost around the clock. And I decided to leave.

Actress Elena Vetrova fades into the background of the stage, and you remain with this: her heroine has gone out of charity! How do the rest of the heroes do not burn out? Some of them say that you just need to remember that there is the Labor Code, and if you regularly go on vacation, relax on the weekend, then there will be enough strength to help a much greater number of those in need.

And someone that does not need to put a needy person higher than you yourself, your family, your work. And then again actress Elena Vetrova appears in the role of Tatyana and declares: she returned to charity. There was already another director in the Living Foundation, she began to help the deaf -golly. And now works with them.

People who are not familiar with philanthropists, having looked at this performance, will probably be surprised - the heroes are not Batman and not little men with halo. They are scared, difficult, but they continue to work, jokes on themselves. Many of them simply could not agree with such a reality, began to change it, and this turned into the main thing of life.

For example, how did it become the head of the volunteer charitable foundation to help orphans to Elena Alshanskaya? In 2004, she was in the hospital with her child and saw a girl, whom her parents refused. The girl lived there! Open children lived in hospitals from infancy to 4 years, and then they went to the orphanage by the stage. The nannies did not have time to approach each child. Healthy children - in the hospital; It struck Elena so much that she began to write about it on the Internet. Gradually, volunteers gathered around her. They began to come to the children, play with them, walk. They collected money for new nannies, built a playground near the hospital, and then in the newspaper they wrote that the deputy built the playground. And the head physician thanked the deputy.

But people still break through their important things, germinate, like flowers through asphalt, change the state of affairs. The actress Anastasia Denisova plays Alshanskaya in the play, she says from the stage that she did not immediately understand: the problem is not to provide the child in the hospital as in the best hotels in the world, but that there were no children-tester children. Children should not go according to the stage, why are they immediately, as soon as their parents refused them, not to arrange for foster families?

Another heroine of the performance, who decided to change the Russian reality, came from America. This is Denis Rosa, since 1997 it has been heading the regional public organization of disabled people "Perspective". Her barely perceptible and very pleasant accent, her manner is surprisingly conveyed by actress Ekaterina Yudina:

- I arrived in Russia, looked and saw that there really were no disabled people. Where did the disabled go?

And when they explained to her that they are all sitting home, because there is simply no accessible environment for them, she decided that it should not be. People should have equal opportunities. She remained in Russia to achieve this.

The namesake of Grigory Kuksin ("Greenpeace Russia") - Director of the organization of assistance to homeless people "Overnight" - Grigory Sverdlin (his role is played by actor Evgeny Pekker) said:

In the history of Grigory Sverdlin, there was one point about the “night” that I could not forget, and calmed down only when I talked with him every other day. This moment is from his monologue:

Once a month he received a wheelchair, drank himself and watered his whole room. An educational conversation was held - no sense. He was an authoritative person. We said: we have a rule, in our shelter we do not drink. Well, rule and rule, what will you do with him? He is a disabled person, winter on the street, I talked with him once, two, then for the third time ... and I decided that we were evicating him. It will be on my conscience all my life, but I think that I did the right thing. Because the shelter would cease to be a rehabilitation place where they help people get out of the street ... - And after a pause, - and I remember him, this person. He sits in the yard in his stroller, the snow falls on him,

And I look at him and I don’t know: he will live until the morning or not. ”

Actor Evgeny Pekker very much shows this moment, he, as it were, cuts himself off at a glance, turns sharply, leaves, sits down in a chair. It is covered with a blanket. It brings it with snow.

This picture was just a stake in my head. And although in social networks colleagues Grigory already wrote that each leader of the NKOs had difficult decisions that they had to make, and many times, asking themselves the question: were they doing the right thing? - They answered positively. But the situation still broke into every new insomnia.

“Yes, he survived and lived then with friends,” he answered. “But that night I did not know what the outcome will be.”

The performance is the joint work of the Storyelling Theater Konstantin Kozhevnikov, the agency of social information and the charity fund V. Potanin.

“The idea of ​​the performance has been matured for a long time. All the stories of professionals of the non-profit sphere that we collect for the NKO-Profi project are amazing. And we decided that a work of art needs to be made of them. These people have amazing fate and ways to come to the sector, in places risky, in places wildly inspiring, ”says Olga Drozdova, head of the social information agency projects.

“We are sure that to talk about complex things (and the professionalism of employees of the non -profit sphere is still not easy to perceive a thing) is most accessible and interesting as possible. It is important that the audience, unfamiliar with the work of NPOs, can correlate themselves to our heroes. We want ordinary people to know the sector, ”says Oksana Orachev, Director General of the Charitable Fund, Vladimir Potanin.

The performance will be shown several times in Moscow, and then the actors will go on tour with him.
