Against the person involved in the "Moscow case" Samariddin Radjabov, the criminal prosecution under the article on mass riots (part 2 of article 212 of the Criminal Code) was officially terminated. This is reported by "Pravozashchita Postcard" with reference to the lawyer Sergei Badamshin.
The investigator informed the lawyer about the termination of the prosecution on December 24, 2019, on the same day Radjabov was found guilty under the article on violence against a policeman (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). However, it was not until February 10 that the lawyer received a copy of the decision to stop the prosecution.
With regard to Samariddin Radjabov, the criminal prosecution under the article on mass riots was discontinued
Sergei Badamshin, a lawyer for Pravozashchita Otkryka, announced this.
On February 10, 2020, Badamshin received a decision to terminate the criminal prosecution under part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code against Radjabov. At the same time, the document itself is dated December 24, 2019, the day when Samariddin was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code and released from serving his sentence.
At the same time, on the day of Radzhabov's release, the investigator verbally informed the lawyer that the criminal prosecution under Article 212 of the Criminal Code had been terminated, but he provided a copy of the document only on February 10.
