A picketer holding a “Hands off the Constitution” poster was detained in Moscow.

In Moscow, on Manezhnaya Square, a participant in a solitary picket, Andrei Petrov, was detained. Petrov himself reported this to the OVD-Info hotline.

Petrov stood in the picket with a poster "Hands off the Constitution." Currently, the detainee is being taken to the police department in the Kitay-gorod district.
