After the verification conducted in the Primorsky city of Artyom, the police opened a criminal case on the fact of hard handling animals, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Primorsky Territory said . Local zoo activists in their petition on Change.org spoke about the mockery of dogs, the creation of the “concentration camps for animals”.

The inhabitants of Artyom managed to save several animals. According to them, in one of the houses, the owners mocked the dogs, kept in terrible conditions, cut them into meat. "The investigator of the police department opened a criminal case ... The necessary investigative actions are carried out aimed at fixing the evidence base," the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Artyom reports.

The police intend to interrogate the suspects in life. A decision is made on the need to arrest them, specified in the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
