A Tula court sentenced a soldier who beat a colleague for refusing to “restore order” to a suspended sentence.

The Tula Garrison Military Court sentenced a soldier who beat a colleague to four months probation. This was reported by First Tulsky with reference to the press service of the court.

According to the case file on the court’s website, the accused’s name is Iskaziev S.O.

According to the publication, in July 2019, Private Iskaziev tried to force a colleague to “restore order.” He refused, and in response the accused began to humiliate the soldier and hit him in the face with his fist. All this happened under other military personnel.

The Iskazievs were accused of violating statutory rules between military personnel (Part 1 of Article 335 of the Criminal Code), the soldier fully admitted his guilt.
