Roskomnadzor demanded that Lurkomorye remove the picture with a dark-skinned man, an icon, a swastika and the Russian flag

Roskomnadzor demanded that the Lurkmorye website remove an edited photograph showing a dark-skinned tattooed man with a St. George’s ribbon on his penis against the background of the Russian flag (on his chest there is a swastika and the inscription “Rus”). One of the founders of Lurkmorya, David Khomak, published a notice from the supervisory authority.

The image was added to the register of prohibited information based on the request of the Prosecutor General's Office.

The picture that interested Roskomnadzor was posted in the article “Nigra” about the Negroid race. The supervisory authority decided that the image “offends human dignity and public morality” and expresses “clear disrespect for the state.”
