In Kurgan, a 17-year-old boy fired at a traffic police patrol car with an air pistol, reports the regional department of the Investigative Committee.
According to the department, on the evening of February 8, a teenager fired an air pistol at a traffic police officer who was riding in a patrol car. The department clarifies that the policeman received “bodily injuries.”
The young man was detained and accused of using violence dangerous to health against a government official (Part 2 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code). The investigation will petition for his arrest.
The regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs writes that the teenager had already been convicted before, but does not specify under what article.
