The Gay -Propagand Protocol on activist Julia Tsvetkov was drawn up based on the materials of the FSB department to combat terrorism

Materials for exciting against activist Julia Tsvetkova Administrative case about Gay-Propagand was collected by the department for the protection of the constitutional system and the fight against terrorism of the FSB management in the Khabarovsk Territory. This follows from the documents that Tsvetkova herself published on Facebook.

Based on the results of operational-search measures and examinations, the FSB informed the police that the public “Vkontakte” contains “propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations”, therefore, she asked to draw up a protocol under Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations among minors).

Since November 2019, Julia Tsvetkova has been under house arrest, she is accused of spreading pornography (paragraph “b” of part 3 of article 242 of the Criminal Code) because of the pictures in the public “monologues of the vagina”. During the investigation, the girl was twice protocols under Part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. For one of them, an activist has already been appointed 50 thousand rubles of a fine.

The mother of the activist Anna Khodyreva told Mediazone that her daughter led public in VKontakte about sexual education and put stages in the theater. The students participating in the performances said that the police talked with them on this occasion.
