Samsung held a presentation on February 11 in San Francisco, where she introduced its new phones: a line of flagship devices Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra, as well as the folding Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.

Phone with 100 times zoom

The phones Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra received amoled screens with a diagonal of 6.2, 6.7 and 6.9 inch, respectively, with a frequency of update 120 Herz and support for HDR10+ technology.

The S20 has two wide-angle 12-megapixel chambers, as well as a 64-megapixel telephoto lens. In the S20+, a camera for shooting three -dimensional objects is also additionally built. The S20 Ultra has two wide -angle chambers for 12 and 108 megapixels, as well as a telephone lens on 48 megapixels. Devices support video in resolution 8K.

The models are available to the Space Zoom function, which combines a hybrid optical zoom and a digital increase using artificial intelligence. On the S20 and S20+ the image can be increased 30 times, on the S20 Ultra - 100 times. Here's how it works:

The S20 phone chamber system allows you to shoot photos in dark rooms or at night with a smaller amount of blur and noise. For this, the device combines several pictures in one photo.

All three devices have the Guardian Chip processor, which protects against harmful attacks, from 128 to 512 gigabytes of internal memory and from 8 to 12 gigabytes of RAM, battery up to 5000 milliamps and 5G module. In addition, you can separately buy a Microsd card for one terabyt.

Sales of the flagship devices Samsung in Russia, as RBC writes , will begin on March 13. The price of the Galaxy S20 in the red, gray and blue case starts from 69,990 rubles, S20+ in the black, gray and red case - from 79,990 rubles, and the S20 Ultra in black and gray - from 99,990 rubles. A folding phone-scrap phone

Another novelty was the bending phone Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. This is a device with a 6.7-inch OLED display, which when closed is folded in a small square. Unlike Galaxy Fold, a new phone uses flexible glass, not a special polymer. According to the manufacturer, the phone is designed for 200 thousand folding.

The phone is equipped with a small 1.1-inch OLED display, which receive notifications when the device is closed. This display can also be used as a viewfinder for the camera.

The device received three cameras: in front there is a 10-megapixel selfie camer, and two more-the main and wide-angle (both in 12 megapixels). Galaxy Z Flip has a 64-bit eight-core processor, 256 gigabytes of internal memory and eight gigabytes of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip sales will begin on February 14. The price in Russia is 119,990 rubles for the device in the colors “shining amethyst” or “black diamond”. Z Flip in the gold building, presented at the presentation, is absent on the Russian site Samsung.

Bonus: Galaxy Buds Plus wireless headphones

At the presentation in San Francisco, Galaxy Buds Plus wireless headphones were also presented. One charge of the battery will be enough for 11 hours of listening to music, another 11 hours gives a case-accumulator. Active noise reduction, as in Apple Airpods Pro, does not provide for them.
