On February 11, the Kirovsky District Court of St. Petersburg terminated administrative office work regarding the coordinator of the Beautiful Petersburg movement Krasmiri Vranks. The activist reports this in the telegram channel.

The court recognized the “offense” in Vranks and decided to limit himself to an oral remark.

As the publication “ZAKS.RU” wrote , in November 2019, the Vranks drawn up a protocol under the article on the non -notice of the cancellation of the rally (Articles 20.2.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), scheduled for September 10, 2019. Vranks claimed that a few days before the transfer of a rally by telephone, he announced the postponement of the event, and then filed a written application.

“For some reason, they remembered this [transfer of the September rally- OTD-Info ] after the expiration of the statute of limitations, that is, two months have passed. I associate this with a rally against raising tariffs for transport [in November]. It just cannot be different. I do not believe in the coincidence that they forgot about that rally, and then suddenly on the day we had to be submitted, they decided to draw up some protocol on me, ”the Vranksi word quoted in the publication.

The interests of the Ksemiri Vranks in court were represented by a lawyer of “Fair Russia” Igor Okhin and human rights activist Nikita Sorokin.
