In the Krasnoyarsk Territory there are detentions and arrests in the prosecution authorities

On suspicion of a large-scale bribe, the prosecutor of the Berezovsky district, 35-year-old Bekhan Aslakhanov, was detained. All morning on February 14 in Berezovka - a village in the eastern suburb of Krasnoyarsk - investigative actions took place, visitors were not allowed into the building. The media reported that the FSB was working, but in the regulation of the service they do not confirm this.

In the central apparatus of the SK, it was later informed that the GSU of the IC of the Russian Federation opened a case against Bekhan Aslakhanov on the grounds of a crime (“receiving a large -scale bribe”), his brother Alikhan Aslakhanov (“mediation in bribery”), as well as other persons. According to the investigation, on May 21 last year, Aslakhanov, with the mediation of his brother and other persons, received a bribe in the amount of 500 thousand rubles from the founder of one of the commercial societies for general patronage and connivance in the service in the interests of this company. The suspects are detained.

This is not the first detention in the bodies of the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of recent times. At the end of December 2019, also on suspicion of receiving a bribe was detained. O. Prosecutor Norilsk 32-year-old Havazha-Baudi Gutaev. He was arrested for two months, until February 23 (while maintaining a salary for the investigation period - by order of the prosecutor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Savchin). The case is conducting the fifth investigative department of the UK with a deployment in Novosibirsk.

And on February 7, local media reported that the prosecutor Savchin resigned. The department also refuses to comment on this news.

Savchin was 52 years old, graduated from the Sverdlovsk Law Institute, worked in Omsk, from 2005 to 2008 - deputy prosecutor of the Sverdlovsk region. Then for four years he headed the prosecutor's office of Chechnya, on January 13, 2012, by decree of the head of Chechnya, he was awarded the Order of Kadyrov. In 2012, Savchin was appointed to Krasnoyarsk. Both Bekhan Aslakhanov and Havazh-Baudi Gutaev fell into the authorities of the region after it was headed by a former Chechen prosecutor.

Khavazha Gutaev’s father, Ahmed Gutaev, is now the deputy head of the Berezovsky district, oversees, including, interaction with law enforcement agencies. Earlier, he held the post of head of the Shali district of Chechnya, then - the Minister of Finance of Chechnya.

In Norilsk, another son of Ahmed Gutaev and the younger brother and the younger brother were also sent in custody. O. Norilsk prosecutor 28-year-old Dokka Gutaev, winner of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for mixed martial arts. He used to work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, then - a manager of Norilsk Nickel.

And another Aslakhanov in the bodies of the prosecutor's office of the region: in the media controlled by the regional power of the media, Zurabovanov is called the nephew of the Berezovsky prosecutor, and claim that on February 7 he resigned from the post of senior assistant prosecutor Sosnoborsk (satellite city of Krasnoyarsk). However, as the “new” employee of the human rights organization Daria Manin (the Committee “Civil Assistance”) told, Zurab Aslakhanov has nothing to do with this story (in Berezovka), he is not the nephew of Bekhan Alakhanov, just a namesake; He quit back in January and left the region.

The prosecutor's office, the trail, the FSB about the Chechen-Siberian case is stubbornly silent.

Ahmed Gutaev commented on it in social networks: “But justice will triumph, if not here, then in Moscow! Judge for yourself, there are no bribes, they didn’t find anything during the search!

And they took it under arrest, violating the Code of Criminal Procedure. And finally, the next day, December 28, the media reported that the Norilsk prosecutor’s office states that she had not written a complaint about her head of Khavazha Gutaev.
