The Tver District Court of Moscow for 10 thousand rubles of each fined Alexander Popov and activist of ANS Andrei Ovchinnikov, who participated in the rally with the banner’s posting in support of the political prisoners of the State Duma. This was reported by the OVD-Info by Popova herself.
Popov and Ovchinnikov were found guilty under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by the participant in the rules of the mass event). They and several more people on February 3 hung a banner "Freedom to all political prisoners!" On the fence of the State Duma.

Activists were detained by the FSO officers before the police arrived. After that, the seven participants in the action, as well as the photographer, which illuminated the events, was delivered to the Tver police department. There, the detainees, including the photographer, drew up protocols, and after a while released. Employees of the EE center came to the detainees in the police department.
