
The Swedish athlete Arman Duntomantis set a new world record in a pole jump, breaking his own achievement set last week. At the tournament in Scottish Glasgow, the 20-year-old athlete overcame the bar at an altitude of 6 meters 18 centimeters.
On February 8, in Poland, Duntomantis won with a sensational result, jumping 6 meters 17 centimeters. Prior to this, the record lasted six years: in 2014, at competitions in Donetsk, the Frenchman Renault Lavillene took off at a height of 6 meters by 16 centimeters.
