The Kirovsky District Court terminated the administrative case against the "Yekaterinburg Society" Memorial "." The organization was accused under an article on foreign agents (part 2 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was announced by the ATS-INFO by the head of the Ural Memorial Group Anna Pastukhova.
The meeting examined the protocol drawn up by Roskomnadzor due to publications on the site and in social networks of the Ural Memorial. According to the prosecution, the materials should have a “foreign agent” marking due to the introduction of the “Memorial” of the Yekaterinburg Society in the Register of Foreign Agents.

"Ural. MBH Media ”in a text broadcast from the meeting clarifies that Roskomnadzor learned about allegedly violations of the legislation on foreign agents after receiving information from the FSB.
Anna Pastukhova told the OVD-Info that the site of the Ural Memorial belongs to her personally and is in no way connected with the “Memorial” “Memorial” of the Yekateriber Society, and therefore its materials do not need the labeling of “Ino-Agent”.
Witnesses of protection at the meeting also confirmed the position of Pastukhova: on the website and social networks of the Ural Memorial, publications have human rights themes, but are posted without instructions from the "Yekaterinburg Society" Memorial ".
