Samsung was the first to agree to fulfill the "law against Apple"

South Korean Samsung will comply with the requirements of the Russian law on a pre-installation of Russian software, which was called the "law against Apple", said TASS.

In 2019, Russia adopted a law regarding the pre -installation of applications on smartphones, tablets and computers. Now on all devices sold in Russia, widely used domestic applications should be preinstalled. Most often it is called the Law Against Apple: the company said that he could force her to leave the country.

The FAS already wantsto expand the law by applying the requirements for the pre -installation of OS developers - Google, Apple, Microsoft and others. If the amendments are adopted, they will have to allow users to delete their applies from gadgets - for example, Google services on smartphones with Android.

The list of applications for pre -installation is not defined, but Yandex would be the greatest advantage.
