Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about budget expenditures for the creation of a new public space in St. Petersburg - the Tuchkov Buyan art park. Putin's words are shown on the Kremlin website.
At a meeting with St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov, Putin said that the construction of the park was “not so harmless” for the federal budget. Beglov agreed with this, after which Putin added: “It’s not a pity for St. Petersburg.”
The Tuchkov Buyan art park will appear in the Petrogradsky district of St. Petersburg. Now the city authorities are holding a competition to create its architectural and landscape concept. According to the terms of reference , it is planned to spend no more than six billion rubles on the park.
