The authors of the draft Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO) asked for time to finalize the document. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.

The deadline for submitting the bill to the government is proposed to be postponed from March to May 2020, to the State Duma - from April to June.

This decision was made in connection with the comments and suggestions received after the draft Code of Administrative Offenses was put up for public discussion at the end of January.
