Mercenaries from the DPR are introduced into Shies

Why did the dark-skinned fighter-citizen of Latvia receive support from the State Duma deputy and the Moscow Art Theater

On February 11, in the village of Urdom, the Lensky district of the Arkhangelsk region at the request of Interpol, the police detained a citizen of Latvia (though he arrived in Russia by presenting the DPR passport) Benes Io. Two days later, when the arrest was expired, a petition from the General Prosecutor's Office came to the Prosecutor's Office of the Lensky District. It was a demand to take Ayo into custody - that is, to ask for his arrest in the court. However, after a few hours, Mr. Ayo was released from Kutuzka without any obligations.

“Ayo Benes (Beness) Khristoforovich, a citizen of the Republic of Latvia, is accused of participating in an armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, in the Luhansk region (Article 77.1 of the Criminal Law of Latvia); in the commission of a public call for the forcibly overthrow of state power of the Latvian Republic (Article 81 of the Criminal Law of Latvia); in the implementation of a public call for the elimination of state independence of the Latvian Republic (part 1 of article 82 of the criminal law of Latvia); in the commission of a public call to undermine the territorial integrity of the Latvian Republic (part 1 of article 83 of the criminal law of Latvia). ”

So, previously convicted (in 2005 in Latvia, he was convicted of calls for the overthrow of state power, all, by his own admission, was prosecuted 8 times) Benes is charged on four criminal articles and is under the international wanted list at the request of Latvia, which he is a citizen. The Urdom police detains him, and the prosecutor receives an arrest sanction - from the very top, from the Prosecutor General. And then the Bulgakov Damage begins.

The courts on which the prosecutor must petition the imprisonment of Ayo in custody at all. Instead, Benes is released and unhindered, according to him, to Moscow.

Two seemingly insignificant events preceded this. The prosecutor of the Arkhangelsk Region Hysedkin and the newly appointed head of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Pryzko comes a letter on the State Duma form signed by the young man and TV presenter Shargunov. Shargunov asks Sysedkin and Frarko "to provide B. Ayo assistance in legalization in the territory of the Russian Federation." Yes, a deputy of the legislative body asks for the “legalization” of the subject in absentia in Latvia from law enforcement agencies, including the prosecutor’s office, which seems to oversees the implementation of laws, including international ones. And this request, as one might assume, is more than the order of the GP order for the regional prosecutor.

The second event is from the field of Fars: calling himself a commissar, a political officer and a battalion commander, who has recently boasted the number of murders committed in the Donbass, and the Moscow Art Theater named after Gorky Prilepin on Facebook bursts out by Filippic about the issuance of Ayo to Ukraine (!). The angry exclamations of a person and political officer diverge through a hurry-patriotic resources. And now, the Black Lenin, who had already dropped the shackles, as comrades call the son of Ugandan Benes, makes gratitude to his “former battalion for 4-oschb Sergey Fomchenkov” and “Former Polish Polit Zakhar Prilepin”.

Many people remember Fomchenkova as a former Limonov, in the National Academy of Sciences (now prohibited in Russia), Prilepin also began, as a citizen of Latvia Ayo. Sending by “other Russia” (rebranding of the prohibited NBP) of the so -called volunteers to the Donbass became an option to legalize the once irreconcilable enemies of the regime. Previously, the Limonovites replenished the ranks of the Politzes, now - the "veterans of the Donbass." A striped ribbon was replaced by a lemon in a white circle, and the image of martyrdom-the salary of the “militia” (Mr. Prilepin personally told me that he “lies in the battalion”).

It is known, however, that in the Donbass, Limonovtsev did not have been complaining for long: in the showdown between the field commanders, Fomchenkov was even detained, the “Battalion of Prilepin” was transferred to the jurisdiction of the local Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result, the writer and his comrades turned to his homeland and took up party construction.

Benes does not want to go home. Unlike Russia, Latvia is not so loyal to the exploits of separatists and considers them not militias, but mercenaries.

And for this (by the way, in the Russian Criminal Code, too) is provided for a prison term. Latvia has repeatedly stated that the special services know in the face of everyone who “left the hut, went to fight”, but so far there is no question of the serious punishment of former “internationalists”. The most famous process over the resident of Daugavpils, Artem Skripnik, who admitted to a hundred murders and boasted that he served in the “DPR” by a sniper, ended with an excuse: the defense proved that the script, due to the wound, completed the service before the relevant article entered into force.

However, Benes Io in Lugansk and Donetsk lingered much longer and was - including by virtue of appearance and biography - the beloved hero of local journalists. A year and a half ago, the Afrolganese also gave interviews to Novaya Gazeta: he promised our colleague Pavel Kanygin in case of refusing to join eastern Ukraine.

What to do with fanatics who no longer need the kings of unrecognized republics and who have nowhere to go, except Russia? The monster Frankenstein will sooner or later begin to pursue its creator. The activity of "veterans" must be channeled. To direct her to the centers of civil protest is the decision of the devilishly witty. And Benes Ayo appears in Shies.

The path from Donetsk to the Arkhangelsk region is a short. Ayo reports that he came to Russia on February 6, “to tell Russian public organizations and State Duma deputies about a sharp exacerbation on the front line in the LDNR, an increase in the number of shelling by Bandera punishers and to personally ask Vladimir Putin to recognize the independence of the“ LDNR ”.

However, for some reason Benes did not go to Putin, and instead took a ticket to Madmas (Komi Republic) from Moscow and already appeared in Shies on February 7. To the question of “new”, he replied that he learned about the protest in the Arkhangelsk region “from a comrade from“ other Russia ”Valery Sheptukhin and then from the Internet.” Severovynets Valery Sheptukhin really takes part in protest against the construction of a landfill, there are also poems on the social network on his page: “And let the enemy rage, let his riot police are, but our red flag over Moskvy and Washington will rise.”

According to Benes, he was going to Shies back in 2018, but he only arrived now, allegedly taking a two -week vacation in the army. According to Io, the idea from the trenches was called by the idea - and eco -activists, jointly with his views. True, in a conversation with the “new” protest, they could not remember who called Benes to the camp, and insisted that he himself appeared, so to speak, as a volunteer. However, many liked it.

Benes first says that he decided to spend a vacation in Shies, then claims that he came there “as a representative of the Communist Party of the“ DPR ”,“ other Russia ”and the USP of the CPSU, and secondly, as a representative of the LDNR people. In this capacity, he allegedly “acted with political speeches” about the “bourgeois” and “Bandera punishers”.

Honestly, Shiece’s field was noticeable in the summer, when in some places in the tents you could see a portrait of Stalin. But basically the left protest there was civilized and proceeded from Komi, where, in the words of local journalists, the Communist Party of the Healthy Man works.

The ultralevs, as well as the ultra -right on Shies, were quickly neutralized: they came to work there, and not to practice rhetoric.

The horizontal protest was not allowed to lead any political force - this was its vitality.

The first attempts to compromise the movement, began in the fall, when the extreme nationalists tried to break into Shies. The proposals came from them to attack the police - the work of technologists was obvious and not very elegant. The Naziks were not allowed. Now, other “professional revolutionaries” are trying to replace them to break through. The “left turn” in Shies will push the liberals (they recently held a civilian forum at the station) and are also fraught with power provocations. Pure protest for the purity of nature will try to turn criminals, terrorists and separatists into the eyes of society. The Arkhangelsk PR managers are only necessary, because they did not succeed in announcing the defenders with shisophrenics, alcoholics and swingers.

Benes in correspondence with the "New" confidently broadcast that most of the activists in the camp are levaki. He also says that his visit is the first swallow, and he plans to return to the camp for two months soon. Interestingly, one or with other "vacationers-volunteers"? Ayo has no doubt that his application for asylum will be satisfied - and he will arrive back to the Donbass with a Russian passport.

I do not think that this conviction is based only on the notions of Benes's “class intimacy” to those on whom the decision on his “legalization” depends. Rather, there are some guarantees given to him alone.

Indirect evidence of this is not only its lightning -fast exemption contrary to the will of the Prosecutor General and the norms of law, but also the exceptional loyalty manifested by the Ayo Police.

In the IvS, he was given a book with Chubais criticism, brought, in addition to the prison “menu”, Cheburek and Belyashi, and even “several times a day gave hot boiling water welded specifically for me, since I do not drink tea with sugar.” According to Benes, after the release, the policeman himself took him to the hotel, and the next day he delivered to the station - to go to Moscow.

The police did not show such loyalty to any of the fellow citizens administratively detained in Shies, as a foreign citizen wanted for serious crimes.

I remember how journalists called the Arkhangelsk police night, demanding to stop the torture of Andrei Khristoforov. Being a disabled person of the group II, after the illegal detention without drawing up the protocol, he withstood the 9-hour stage, after which he was refused to give even water when the diabetic said that he could not be tea with sugar. By the way, he also visited the Yarensky IVS. Spent 6 hours waiting for the stage in Kotlas. They did not give water, no food, nor wash. The toilet was released only after Andrei threatened to celebrate the need right in the cell.

The irony of fate: Pacifist Khristoforov, who has been persecuted for Shies, is now asking for refuge in Ukraine. The fighter Benes Ayo, who fought against Ukraine, appeared in Shies and asks for refuge in Russia. It is curious which of them will rather achieve success.
