In St. Petersburg, an employee of Center “E” called an anarchist for a conversation in order to “get acquainted”

In St. Petersburg, the Irkutsk anarchist Igor Martynenko was summoned to the E Center. Martynenko himself reported this to the legal bot OVD-Info.

In the conversation, the employee mentioned the "Movement of Irkutsk anarchists", asked if Martynenko was familiar with it. When asked about the purpose of the conversation, the law enforcement officer replied that he would like to “just talk <...> roughly speaking, get to know each other.”

“Nothing so terrible, just an explanation of what you are doing here. You don’t do any rallies there and so on, ”the policeman explained.

Hearing that the anarchist would not go to the meeting without a summons, the employee was surprised: “Are you so worried about your life?”

• on Telegram channels On February 17, information appeared about the mention in the case file of an attack on the office of United Russia by alleged supporters of the anarchist movement Narodnaya Self-Defense. Many of those mentioned have already become defendants in the criminal case.
• In 2017, Martynenko was a witness in the case of insulting the feelings of believers against anarchist Dmitry Litvin. Then Martynenko was detained during mass searches, and then arrested for 10 days on charges of disobeying a lawful order of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
