Murmansk: officials are asked to talk about the protests of the headquarters of Navalny

In Murmansk, the Ministry of Internal Affairs asks the employees of local municipalities to immediately report protests due to amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, as well as the shares of another Russia, the headquarters of Navalny, motorists, trade unions or political parties, which are able to "influence the aggravation of social tension in the region." According to the head of Navalny’s headquarters in Murmansk, Violetta Grudina, the ministry wants "protest groups to not collect people and not protest, and the amendments are adopted painlessly and without popular discontent."
