To revitalize, so to speak, a pre -demanded dull campaign, into which she brought some “zest”, having even managed to attract other gullible liberals to her side.

In the film, the purpose of which, according to Ksenia Sobchak, to tell the whole truth about his father, can be traced all the way Anatoly Sobchak in power-starting from the first congress of people's deputies in 1989 and ending with care in 2000. And all this time next to the deputy, then the mayor, and then the disgraced politician, was his faithful student, assistant and associate of Volodya Putin, with whom, according to the wife of the Sobchak’s wife Lyudmila Narisova, her husband was comfortable and reliable. Others betrayed, slandered, poisoned. Putin - never!

In the film, he, in fact, is the main and positive hero. He is next to the boss during the coup. He categorically refuses to play in the same team with a competitor and opponent of Sobchak Vladimir Yakovlev - noble and ideas about honor do not allow. He saves his sick teacher, exposing the real danger of himself and his career barely going uphill. After Yeltsin’s retirement, he inspires the political outcast to Sobchak’s hope for the best future: “Wow, my Vova is president!” He finally interrupts his election tour to take his deceased teacher on the last journey.

Against this blessed background of the declaration of Anatoly Sobchak on the main principles of a democratic state - the protection of human rights, equal rights of man and the state - seem beautiful, but not realized in practice the ideas of the intellectual in power. "Would Sobchak go to the square in 2011?" - asks the protagonist Ksenia Sobchak. “He would not do anything that could harm the head of state,” Vladimir Putin answers with confidence.
