The Zheleznovodsk City Court of the Stavropol Territory announced the sentences for the protesters in Magas. Aushev was sentenced to a year and eight months in a colony-settlement, Myakiev - in the form of a year and ten months in a colony-settlement.

- Aslan Aushev was detained on May 16, 2019, when he appeared at the local police department on a summons in connection with an administrative case. He was taken to court, allegedly for a hearing on the case of a fine for a rally on March 26 in Magas. From the court, Aushev called his relatives and said that he was being taken to Nalchik as a suspect under Part 2 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code (violence against a police officer, dangerous to life and health).
