“The investigator called the reason for the extension of the deadline that Aitahaji is a foreign citizen and allegedly can hide from the investigation,” said Ermolenko. “At the same time, the court did not take into account that his wife is in the fifth month of pregnancy.”

According to the wife of Khalimov Kamila, in a pre -trial detention center, her husband began to progress renal failure. Because of this disease in 2017, he was commissed out of the army.
