Novgorod: the court refused to evict a pensioner from the house of veterans

In Veliky Novgorod, the court refused to evict veterans from the house to Yanin Nikolaev, who refused to move from the nursing home to the Novgorod region. About this writes the publication "Novgorod.ru".

The administration of the house of veterans wanted to take Nikolaev forcibly. A pensioner’s accommodation contract in the house of veterans was concluded in 2019 for four years. The contract does not indicate the reasons why the administration may terminate it.

At the end of December 2019, the authorities of the Novgorod region decided to resettle the only nursing house in the regional center. Pensioners were distributed to the village of Shimsk and the village of Gratskoye. The authorities want to demolish the current building and build a new one in its place.
