Who are Russian incidents and what they achieve

In recent years, various male movements have intensified in Russia. The most radical of them, the “male state”, is known for its antifeminist initiatives and even the persecution of women. But there are less well -known movements - for example, incelle. Representatives of this community are often called "aggressive virgins." They accuse women of choosing more beautiful and wealthy men for relations-and because of this the rest does not get sex. In the West, the community of the Incels is numerous, and its representatives have committed several terrorist attacks in recent years, trying to force society to pay attention to them. In Russia, representatives of the movement so far only propose to introduce coupons for sex and mitigate the punishment for pedophilia. What is the Russian community of Incels, says Julia Dudkin .

Problem # 1 in the world

21-year-old student Svyatoslav Shilkin never had a girlfriend. “I tried to meet someone in Tinder and in social networks. I read advice on how to communicate on dates. Everyone gives the same recommendations: to be confident, to joke a lot, ”he says. “And I'm modest and shy, I don’t know how.” Once Shilkin went on dates with a girl for two months, and even it began to seem to him that they could have a relationship. But suddenly she stopped answering his messages. “I leaked me without explanation,” he says.

Disappointed in the girls, Shilkin began to read the publics of the “male movement” - an association that states that he was fighting against “egregious discrimination of men”. Activists of the “male movement” believe that feminism is “harmful and dangerous ideology”, which denigrates and “infringes on men”. They advocate “approving the traditional roles of men and women” and believe that women, for example, should not have the right to independently decide on an abortion. Although the “masculine movement” claims that it is not a feminine association, many posts in its public are directed against women, and activists often use the words “skin” and “hole” in relation to them, calling women's behavior to determine manipulative and illogical. True, according to the activist of the movement Pavel Khokhlovsky, "this is not a common position."

Shilkin was close to the ideas of the “male movement”: after all the failures, it began to seem to him that the problem was in women. Once in one of the posts, he saw an unfamiliar word “Incel” (from the English Involuntary Celibacy, “involuntary abstinence”). It turned out that this word is called those who cannot find a partner for romantic and sexual relations and are forced to live without sex because of this. Shilkin immediately decided - this is about him. He found on the Internet the pages of the Russian -speaking movement of the Incels and began to study his ideology.

“All girls should give sex to all men, not from private, personal preferences, but from the awareness of the significance of this for progress, to make the world happier,” so one of the ideas of the movement of the Incels sounds. The fact that men like them lack sex are considered to be “a problem No. 1 in the world”. “All diseases arise <...> due to the fact that men have no sex. <...> Sex five times a week for 30 minutes treats cancer, for example, in all forms, treats autism, ”some activists say . They also believe that “absolutely everything is because of women, because of the inaccessibility of sex with women. Hitler was not given women in his youth - this is the result. "

Incels call one of their idols professor Sergei Savelyev, head of the laboratory of the development of the nervous system of the Morphology of Human RAS. Savelyev claims that women are "toys in the hands of their hormonal background." “Their brain is aimed at solving a reproductive problem,” he believes. “They are cunning, sometimes even seem smart, their actions are very justified, but they are in essence.” For example, according to Savelyev, 10-15 years ago, women did not like to use computers, but now they realized that the computer can “connect with a man who can be potentially used for reproductive pleasures,” and began to actively learn new equipment.

Representatives of the Incels community believe that men are divided into several categories. The first is “Chad” , or “Alfach”, “Alfa-male”. So the Incels call men who are successful in women. It is believed that “CED” should be physically strong, rich and comply with conventional ideas about masculinity. Incels believe that there are not so many alphas in the world-10-20%. But it is to them that 80% of women stretch. On many sites there are even lists of features that the “CED” should have: high growth, square chin, a small upper eyelid, smooth eyes, wide eyebrows.

Another category of men is “beta”, or “beta-samks”. They are not so strong, beautiful and confident in themselves as Alfachi. Because of this, they have to share the love of 20% of women with each other. Those who do not get this love, and there are incorts - people suffering from "forced abstinence."

At the same time, according to the Incels, they actually worthy of love much more than “Chers”: “We fundamentally disagree with those hypocrites who accuse the incylors themselves of that women do not give us sex. There is no guilt in this. Calls go to the gym, self -improve, “start with yourself” is to shift the problem from the sore head to a healthy one. Incels are quite perfect, the appearance of many is quite attractive, incidents, as a rule, have a higher intelligence than the average person, have various talents. ”

Supporters of the movement of the incidents are sure: one of the main problems is that women themselves solve, with whom to have sex, and with whom - they do not, they have a "monopoly on sex." At the same time, the Incels believe that women are inherent in “greed, meanness, deceit”; Choosing partners, they are guided by “monkey instincts” and prefer “aggressive and stupid alphabababuins”. “Greed, meanness, deceit, betrayal leads to the fact that women naturally choose the worst in morality of the guys, and the most intellectual, talented, modest, kind guys remain rejected and are either content with random short ties, or do not have access to sex at all,” the Incellation page on Vkontakte says.

“They [women] do sexual selection incorrectly,” explains Svyatoslav Shilkin. - They need a impudent penetration alpha, which would contemplate them. Therefore, smart and moral men are cut off from reproduction. I believe that propaganda needs to be carried out so that women do not refuse men in sex. Explain that without sex men are not good. Of course, it is impossible for women to sleep with someone against the will. Just will be adjusted to social standards. ”

Having joined the incylon community, Shilkin began to popularize their ideology - for example, laying out leaflets in the shopping center and give interviews. In 2019, in a conversation with the popular public “Negroka”, he suggested how to solve the problem of incidents: “Perhaps it is necessary to develop a system for breaking students in couples in schools, and, starting with puberty, organize time for sex. Of course, this should be accompanied by the appropriate education of boys and girls from a certain age. ” After that, an anonymous complaint for a call to pedophilia came to the dean of his university. “They reported me, but there were no serious consequences,” says Shilkin.

In his views, he is not alone: ​​in the publics of incylors, it is often proposed to cancel criminal responsibility for men for sex with minor girls: “Women's skip interests prevent them from giving sex for free. And the Incels are too spiritual, moral people to pay for sex. <...> If we accept our proposal and cancel the “age of consent”, then the incidents may well have sex with girls of 14-16 years old, who are still ready to give sex for free. ”

The second proposal is at the expense of the budget “create a system of state sexual assistance” to men, as well as the “sex police”, checking how many times the woman “provided sex for the reporting period”: “If less than 1 time per month, a woman’s income is applied in the amount of 60%.”

“Sex is of public significance. Therefore, the state and society should take measures to ensure the sex of those whom women unjustly deprived of sex, ”the Incels explain.

According to Svyatoslav Shilkin, since he began to openly call himself incorpois, the girls began to communicate with him much more willing than before. Some of them are subscribed to the publics of the Incels and write to him to discuss his interviews or just talk. “True, unpleasant messages often come: as if we are losers and nerds, and nature correctly made, having deprived us of the opportunity to multiply,” says Shilkin. - criticize our views. Do not participate in a deer round dance

When in 2009 Pavel Shcherbina entered the Pedagogical Institute in Nizhny Tagil, he expected that student life would be like the plot of the American Pie comedy - parties, alcohol and sex. In his own words, the years of students seemed to him a "flesh of the flesh." But the expectations did not materialize. He tried to talk with the girls, call them on dates. But they, as Shcherbina expressed, “froze” - answered monosyllables, refused. If some classmate still agreed to meet him, after the meeting she stopped answering messages and noticing him. “Maybe my friends and I were considered“ clatter, ”says Shcherbina. - We had a small company, we loved to talk about books, to do not care. And the girls were mainly discussed by nails, lamination and sales. ” However, he admits that, perhaps, he himself did not always communicate correctly with classmates, because in those years “only one from most girls wanted only one”.

Relations with women at Shcherbina did not develop a year after year. “In the first year, I was a child and drowned for TNN [“ Tyan is not needed ”] and BBPA [“ Beat Baba by ***** (face) ”],” says Shcherbina. - In my second year, I was pimple and ugly. Why it did not work out in the third year - I still do not understand. " Once he heard the phrase of Dmitry Nagiyev in the current show of “Windows”: “You will never have such a potency as at 18 years old.” He remembered these words: he decided that the TV presenter is right, and the time for a relationship was missed. In the fourth year, Shcherbina deleted pages from social networks and stopped communicating with friends. Now he only "studied, watched the series and sad."

Now Shcherbina is 28 years old, he is a freelancer, leads a YouTube channel about reclusion and considers himself incel. In January 2020, he published the video “10th year of forced abstinence”. In it, he argues that “society does not need it too much in the omezhins (“ omega-suits ”)”: “If you are beautiful, if you are rich, everyone needs you. If you are not rich, not beautiful, you are not a barn, a muzzle, society does not really need you. ”

Shcherbina has his own view of the problems of the Incels. He believes that in many ways they are associated with the development of social networks. “Someone constantly writes to the girls,” he says. - They have many options. Therefore, the value of male attention is devalued. Women have the opportunity to choose. But there are young people who know their price, or, conversely, are not confident in themselves, or too lazy. They do not participate in this deer round dance and remain outside the sexual relationship. ” Now Shcherbina, according to him, is finishing writing a book dedicated to the Incels. “At the center of the narrative are heroes who became incesses under the influence of circumstances,” he says. “I was inspired by my own history and stories of my subscribers.”

In addition to the problems of incidents, in his video, Shcherbin talks about the dangers of masturbation (according to the blogger, masturbation causes dependence) and how to cope with loneliness. According to him, when he started the channel, he did not expect his story to receive a response. “Few people are ready to openly recognize themselves in inclements,” says Shcherbina. - There is a stereotype in society, as if a man should be successful, make a good mine with a bad game. Even if he sees naked women only in porn films, he should still pretend that he is popular. ” The blogger is sure that many people who laugh and mock the incels, are actually just afraid to admit that they themselves suffer from a lack of sex.

Unlike Shilkin, Shcherbina does not see the solution to this problem. He believes that the Incels who are trying to come up with their political program are mainly engaged in populism. “For example, among the Incels in the West there is a popular misconception, as if you can provide everyone with sex,” he says. “But it seems to me that the sexual need is bottomless and unquenchable.”

"All I have ever wanted is to love women"

The movement of the incidents has been over twenty years old, and in the beginning it looked completely different. In 1997, a resident of Canada named Alan decided to create a website for people who suffer from loneliness. Alan was a shy teenager, and the first romantic relationship in her life happened much later than that of peers. For years, she listened to how people ridiculed the “single virgins” and felt “wrong”.

She called her site Alana's Involuntary Celibacy Project - “The project of the involuntary abstinence of Alana”. She tried to create a safe space for single people and watched that users treat each other friendly. On the site, everyone could tell their story, get support or ask for advice. Users began to abbreviately calling themselves with enclosures - Alana herself invented this word.

“Sometimes I noticed that in some messages anger skipped, and some of the users-users did not understand that women are full-fledged and unique people,” says Alan. “But in general, users came to the site primarily for support.”

By 2000, the project ceased to be relevant for her. Alan was happy in a relationship and no longer felt lonely. She spent less time on the site and in the end simply stopped entering him, deciding that it was time to leave this stage of life behind.

But the project continued to exist after its departure. Gradually, he went beyond the limits of one site. In the 2000s, former users of the “Alana involuntary abstinence project” dispersed in their views and created two new large forums: Incelsuport (“Support for Incels”) and Loveshy (“Saded in Love”). The policy on the forums was radically different. The posts on IncelSupport took a strict moderation: insults were not allowed in the community, and women's messages were removed. There were no strict rules on Loveshy, and gradually the support group turned into a forum where men spilled their anger and criticized women, accusing them of their problems and love failures.

Until 2014, the Incels remained a narrow Internet community-few knew about them outside the manosfer (information space consisting of male Internet communities and associations). Everything changed when the American student Elliot Roger arranged a terrorist attack in the student town of Aila Vista in California. On May 23, 2014, Roger attacked his neighbors in the apartment with a knife, and then got into the car and opened shooting at passers -by, killing three people and injuring 14. In the end, the student shot himself in his head.

Later it turned out that Roger was an active participant in the male communities and left posts on the forums for incidents. Before his death, he wrote a manifesto on 137 pages and published a video on YouTube, in which he argued: “All I have ever wanted to love women. <...> But the females of the human race were not able to make out my value. "

For many incidents, Elliot Roger became an idol and inspirer. His followers began to make memes with Roger's face, imposed on Christian icons. Some began to write about the fact that he needed to repeat his “feat”.

In addition to the tragedy in Aila-Vista, in recent years, several more mass murders have occurred, which were committed by people who call themselves inclam. In 2017, a school graduate in New Mexico William Atchson fired at school, killing two people. In 2018, a resident of Toronto Alec Minasyan crushed 10 people to death and wounded 16, intentionally entering a crowd of people on a rented minibus. A few minutes before the attack, he published a post on social networks, saying that he considered himself incorporal and is inspired by the example of Elliot Roger.

Now English -language sites and forums of enclosures have tens of thousands of users. These are mainly men under the age of 30, 80% of them are residents of North America and Europe.

In Russia, the concept of "Incel" began to be used only recently. The largest inception community to date has appeared about two years ago and has a little more than a thousand people. “Male movements in Russia are not yet very developed, mainly the marginal communities,” says Marie Davtyan, lawyer and co-author of the bill on family violence. - But in recent years they have been gaining a turn in different countries. Правозащитница Алена Попова считает, что у появления мужских движений в России много социальных и политических причин: «Это пропаганда насилия в целом, поддержка насилия со стороны государства, пропаганда так называемых традиционных ценностей, — когда мужчина играет главную роль в семье и в обществе, а женщина выступает в роли собственности. Важную роль играют и СМИ. Мы часто видим, как мужчин, убивающих женщин из ревности, оправдывают. Ревность преподносится как разумное притязание мужчины-собственника на тело женщины». По мнению Поповой, трагедии, произошедшие в США и в Канаде, доказывают, что женоненавистнические лозунги могут приводить к реальному насилию. Чтобы исправить ситуацию, по ее мнению, нужно снижать градус агрессии в обществе и чаще говорить о равноправии, а не о «традиционных ценностях».

«Термины у инцелов всратые»

Внутри российской маносферы много разногласий. Например, участники других мужских движений часто критикуют инцелов за то, что они слишком много внимания уделяют сексу.

«Они говорят о сексе, как о чем-то, без чего невозможно жить, — говорит активист «Мужского движения» Павел Хохловский. — Мы считаем такую пропаганду довольно мизандрической ( мужененавистнической — «Холод» )». По словам Хохловского, повестка «Мужского движения» намного шире и включает в себя не только секс: «Мы выступаем за активную вовлеченность отцов в родительство и за улучшение уровня жизни мужчин».

Некоторые активисты других мужских движений называют инцелов «баборабами». Как объясняет Хохловский, «бабораб» — это мужчина, который «повернут на женщинах» и ставит их интересы выше собственных. Например, дерется за них с другими мужчинами (по словам Хохловского, в таких случаях мужчин еще называют «боевыми аленями»).

«Впрочем, — добавляет он, — у них годная аналитика и описание ситуации. В обществе действительно существует гипергамия — когда женщины ищут партнеров по статусу выше их самих. Но термины у инцелов всратые. Например, вагинокапитализм — это вообще дичь».

Термин «вагинокапитализм» («общественные отношения, основанные на подчинении всей политики и экономики власти женщин-вагинокапиталисток») — изобретение российских инцелов, в английском языке его нет. Это слово придумал Алексей Поднебесный — активист, которого инцелы называют своим «вождем».

Алексею Поднебесному 41 год, он живет в Нижнем Новгороде и работает офис-менеджером в фирме по недвижимости. По его словам, его зарплата составляет 10 тысяч рублей в месяц. Он также собирает пожертвования от единомышленников и иногда подрабатывает переводчиком. При этом, «чтобы получить гарантированный секс», мужчина «должен иметь высокий статус, машину, квартиру, — и все это предоставить женщине», объясняет Поднебесный.

В конце 2017 года он создал во «ВКонтакте» паблики «Incel» и «Антифеминистский левый фронт», а в своем видеоблоге стал рассказывать «о бабах и недоступности секса для мужчин».

Нижегородский Шерлок Холмс

До того, как Поднебесный стал самым известным российским инцелом, он был заметным нижегородским активистом. До 2005 года он работал в местной прокуратуре, но его уволили. Формально — «за совершение поступка, порочащего честь прокурорского работника». Как утверждает сам Поднебесный, начальство невзлюбило его за то, что он выступал против пыток заключенных и фальсификаций отчетностей.

После увольнения он занялся борьбой против завышенных тарифов на капремонт, потом — против уплотнительной застройки в городе. Поднебесный собрал группу единомышленников, начал организовывать митинги и собрания. В 2011 году власти Нижнего Новгорода остановили уплотнительную застройку, — как говорит активист, это случилось во многом благодаря его движению. С 2007 по 2011 год он проводил акции против жестокого обращения с бездомными животными, в 2018 году выступал против ликвидации городского зоопарка. «Там содержались старые животные, которые раньше выступали в цирке, — объясняет он. — Другие зоопарки не взяли бы их к себе — животных бы просто убили или выпустили в дикую природу, а там бы они точно не выжили».

В 2010 году Поднебесный сделал предложение девушке, с которой познакомился на одном из мероприятий православного молодежного движения. They got married. В итоге он ранил одного из нападавших в живот. Поднебесного обвинили в покушении на убийство, но затем переквалифицировали обвинение на ст. 111 («умышленное причинение тяжкого вреда здоровью») и ст. 318 («применение насилия в отношении представителя власти»), поскольку он распылил газовый баллончик в лицо полицейскому, который приехал опросить его в связи с инцидентом на озере. Поднебесного приговорили к условному сроку на четыре года. Сам он уверен, что это была провокация, — «пьяных хулиганов» наняли застройщики, которым он помешал своими митингами. «У меня с детства тяга к справедливости, я хотел бороться с преступностью, — говорит Поднебесный. — Хотел быть как Шерлок Холмс».

В 2013 году в сети разошлось видео , на котором оппозиционер обвиняет нижегородцев в равнодушии к общественным проблемам и нежелании выходить на протестные акции. В видеообращении после освобождения Поднебесный заявил, что «в этом трусливом быдлогороде оказался в моральном одиночестве». Особенно активиста возмущало то, что полицейские не вернули ему его единственную куртку, несмотря на то, что он уже давно жил «в нищете», — а на призыв помочь ему купить новую никто не откликнулся.

В 2016 году, спустя шесть лет брака, от Поднебесного ушла жена. «Я приезжаю, а она замок поменяла, ключ не подходит, — вспоминает он. — Я звоню, а она говорит: "Я у мамы, уезжай, ты здесь больше не живешь". Был июль, я ночевал на теплотрассе». Активист уверен, что причиной развода стала его оппозиционная активность. «Я участвовал в протестной деятельности, и ей это надоело, — говорит он. — Она говорила "ты меня не предупреждал, что ты революционер", говорила "ты меня не любишь, не заботишься"».

Вождь инцелов

Вскоре после расставания, разочаровавшись в отношениях с женщинами, Поднебесный стал изучать страницы «Мужского движения», — но ему не понравилось, что «там сидят толстые мужики и перетирают, как бы не платить алименты». Тогда он попытался обсудить свои проблемы в пабликах левых движений. «Мне сказали, что я шовинист, сексист и гомофоб», — говорит Поднебесный. В итоге он решил создать собственное движение — «Антифеминистский левый фронт». В своем паблике он начал писать о том, что «право на секс попирается женщинами, потому что у них монополия; если женщина не захочет, она может не давать, и на ее стороне закон». Кто-то из читателей заметил, что все эти проблемы уже давно обсуждаются западными инцелами. Поднебесный удивился и стал изучать англоязычные форумы и сайты. Объединив собственную теорию «вагинокапитализма» с западной терминологией, он начал собирать сторонников и формировать инцел-движение в России.

«Я думаю, лучшее решение проблемы — чтобы родители в 12-15 лет женили своих детей с запретом развода на всю жизнь, — заявляет Поднебесный. — Парень и девушка живут всю жизнь вместе, обеспечены сексом и создают семью. Тогда у всех будет секс».

Поднебесный уверен, что, «по научным данным», если дать женщинам право выбора, они все будут выбирать для отношений «одного и того же мужика — красивого и статусного альфача»; если же женщина видит, что мужчина «очкарик и ненакачанный», она скажет: «Фу, я не буду с таким». «Надо менять систему ценностей, — говорит Поднебесный. — Объяснять, что внешность не важна, важны человеческие качества. Многие инцелы — умные, отзывчивые, верные люди. Если с детства воспитывать женщин, чтобы они ценили мужчин не за богатство и красоту, а за человеческие качества, проблема инцелов решится».

«Ваша дочь — ведьма»

Несмотря на то, что Поднебесный считает себя инцелом, в его жизни были отношения с разными женщинами. «В 17 лет у меня была девушка, я ухаживал за ней, делал сюрпризы, старался угождать во всем, — говорит он. — Но она бросила меня ради карьеры». Этот поступок Поднебесный счел «предательством» и даже написал о нем в местную газету, обвинив всех женщин в «лицемерии, подлости и жестокости». «Думаю, тогда я и начал разочаровываться в женщинах», — говорит он.

«Потом 10 лет девушки меня вообще игнорировали. Я учился, работал, и у меня не было никаких отношений, — продолжает Поднебесный. — Поэтому я и занялся инцел-активизмом. Даже если теперь у меня бывают с кем-то отношения, этот опыт остается со мной».

В 2016 году, после развода с женой, Поднебесный стал встречаться с девушкой, которую он называет «Людкой». Отношения длились примерно полтора года. «Но она была очень ревнивая, — говорит активист. — Следила, кому я ставил лайки во «ВКонтакте», каждый раз устраивала разбор полетов».

Людмиле Сергеевой ( фамилия изменена ) 28 лет, она живет в Нижнем Новгороде и придерживается феминистических взглядов. Она признает: в какой-то момент ее привязанность к Поднебесному стала сводить ее с ума. «Когда мы только встретились, он мне казался человеком умным, тонко чувствующим, — говорит она. — Я знала о его странных взглядах. Но думала, что он просто одинок и несчастен. Надеялась, что смогу помочь ему, и тогда все станет по-другому». Когда они познакомились, у Поднебесного болела кошка, и Людмила помогала делать ей уколы. Она увидела, что он любит животных, и это ее покорило.

Но в отношениях она поняла, что не чувствует «эмоционального отклика». По словам Людмилы, Поднебесный никогда не проявлял инициативы и интереса к ней, был холоден. Они часто спорили — Поднебесный утверждал, что «женщина не отличает добро от зла», потому что «так создал бог». А потом заявил: если появится еще одна девушка, которая проявит к нему интерес, он начнет встречаться и с ней тоже. «Тогда у меня и началась паранойя, — говорит Людмила. — Я действительно следила за лайками в соцсетях, даже писала каким-то девушкам. У меня началась какая-то любовная зависимость. Иногда я думала, что схожу с ума. Но потом выяснилось, что он и правда общался параллельно с другой девушкой». В конце концов Сергеева и Поднебесный расстались. Активист говорит, что Людмила «заклеймила его позором и забанила».

8 января 2020 года Алексей Поднебесный выложил на своем канале в YouTube видеозапись «День рождения Левичевой». В видеоролике девушка по имени Евгения обнимает его и говорит, глядя в камеру: «Дорогие вагинокапиталистки, мы вас совершенно не боимся». «Рад за тебя, что ты нашел себе тяночку», — пишут пользователи в комментариях. Сам активист эти отношения никак не комментирует.

По словам Поднебесного, мать с детства учила его, что «мальчик должен во всем уступать, зарабатывать деньги, защищать жену». Говорила, что у человека должна быть одна любовь на всю жизнь. Но когда Поднебесный начал ухаживать за девушками, ей это не понравилось. «У нас с мамой были сложные отношения, — объясняет активист. — Она могла прийти в школу и устроить скандал прямо в классе, если видела у меня фингал. Когда в 17 лет у меня появилась девушка, мама взломала дверь в мою комнату. Нашла номер девушки, звонила ее маме, говорила: "Ваша дочь — ведьма, мешает Леше учиться, уберите ее"». Отец же ушел из семьи, когда он еще был ребенком, говорит Поднебесный.

Потом, когда активист женился, молодожены какое-то время жили втроем с его матерью. Как признает Поднебесный, его жену она «унижала, запрещала открывать воду, говорила: "Иди мойся к своим родителям"».

«Это же не значит, что я не считаю их людьми»

«Вот здесь в 2013 году собирались вырубить деревья и построить аквапарк, — рассказывает Алексей Поднебесный, шагая по замерзшим дорожкам Автозаводского парка в Нижнем Новгороде. — На этом самом месте меня задержали и арестовали на семь суток за расклейку листовок, — так, чтобы я не смог прийти на митинг. Но территорию мы в итоге отстояли».

Деятельностью Поднебесного правоохранительные органы интересуются и теперь. В ноябре 2019 года полиция Нижнего Новгорода завела против активиста административное дело по ст. 20.3.1 КоАП («Возбуждение ненависти либо вражды, а равно унижение человеческого достоинства»). В деле, как рассказывает Поднебесный, фигурировали «доносы от людей, которые отслеживали его публикации и делали скриншоты». В одной из таких публикаций, например, был опрос, можно ли считать женщин людьми. Поднебесный признает, что действительно спрашивал об этом подписчиков. «Но это же не значит, что я не считаю их людьми, — возмущается он. — Не призываю пойти и убить их».

Активист допускает, что в некоторых его постах есть «сомнительные моменты». Например, в тех, где он называет женщин «шлюхами». «Это было после Универсиады, — объясняет он. — Русские девушки искали иностранцев и с ними занимались сексом. Вот их я и называю шлюхами». Также в деле цитировались посты, в которых Поднебесный призывал смягчить уголовную статью за изнасилование, а в случае «нетяжких изнасилований, где нет вреда здоровью», назначать административное наказание. «Да, я считал, что наказание слишком жесткое, — говорит он. — Но это не значит, что я за изнасилование».

«Ну конечно, я понимаю, что секс по талонам — это несерьезно, — продолжает Поднебесный. — Понимаете, мое дело — привлечь внимание к проблеме. Сделать так, чтобы инцелов заметили. Иногда для этого приходится озвучивать радикальные идеи, чтобы хайпануть». Активизм, по его словам, дается тяжело: люди приходят в паблики, пишут сообщения, но открыто признавать себя инцелами боятся — засмеют.

В декабре 2019 года Нижегородский районный суд постановил арестовать Поднебесного на семь суток, но после обжалования дело отправили на пересмотр. По словам Поднебесного, следующее заседание назначено на 26 февраля. «В деле много нарушений, — говорит его адвокат Алексей Голованов. — Нет доказательств, что записи делал мой подзащитный, его компьютер не изымался». Сам Поднебесный уверен: дело против него никак не связано с инцел-активизмом. Просто у него есть «мощные оппоненты», которые с 2011 года занимаются его «травлей».

«Переехал от мамы, так началась другая беда — обвиняют в разжигании ненависти, — вздыхает Поднебесный. — Я страдаю как никто в России».
