Petrozavodsk: The deputy, who insulted the Internet critics of the governor, apologized

Petro -Soviet deputy Alexander Anishin, who insulted the critics of Governor Karelia Arthur Parfyonchikov, apologized to users of social networks. He wrote about this on his page on VKontakte.

Anishin wrote that he was outraged by "controversial statements" about the demolition of the monument to the defender Petrozavodsk Yakov Stepanov. He wanted to protect the work of people who are engaged in the creation of the Museum of the Headquarters of the Karelian Front.

“Of course, succumbing to the will of emotions, I uttered unpleasant and unacceptable statements. I want to apologize for my words, which inadvertently could offend anyone,” the deputy wrote.

On February 19, 2020, Anishin at a meeting of the Commission of the City Council on Health, Ecology and Social Development called people who are critical of power, "loafers" and "another shit." Anishin was outraged by the comments that users of social networks left Arthur Parfenchikov on the page of Governor Karelia.

This is not the first time that Karelian officials speak rudely about people criticizing them. The head of the Olonets district administration, Sergei Prokopyev, suggested shooting several activists who negatively spoke about his work. Deputy Nina Shcherbakova, who made this information public, received a lawsuit about slander from the district administration. Later he was withdrawn due to the fact that Sergey Prokopyev died .

In January, the deputy of the Council of Karelian Olonets Igor Nekin wrote a statement to the police at the deputy head of the administration of the district Yuri Minin, who allegedly threatened to "fill him with his face."
