Two people died in gas explosion in the Rostov region (video)

Two people were killed, one was hospitalized as a result of an explosion of domestic gas in a three -story building in the city of Azov, Rostov Region. 49 people were evacuated, Interfax told the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

The explosion of domestic gas, followed by a fire on the morning of February 22 in the house 84/108 in Pavlov Lane. According to preliminary data, interior floors in one of the apartments are damaged. There are no collapse of the supporting structures. The fire area was 60 square meters. m.

The fire managed to cope at 11:19. 59 people and 16 pieces of equipment attracted the ignition of the fire. The evacuated are at temporary placement points. The injured woman is in intensive care with burns and shock, a representative of the medical institution in Azov told TASS.

According to the city’s operational services, the house is disconnected from communications. The administration reported that the tenants would be placed by the Solnechnoy municipal hotel, and it would be provided with nutrition and essential items.
