Euroleague basketball match referee ended up in hospital after attack by unknown assailants

The referees were attacked while in a taxi returning to their hotel after the game on Friday night. Unknown people on a motorcycle broke the car window, causing 54-year-old Italian judge Luigi Lamonica to be injured and taken to the hospital.
