SK opened a criminal case of the murder of a “network” that was missing in Penza.

The decision on the recognition of the victim’s victim Ekaterina Levchenko (is at the disposal of “MBH Media”) says that the case was initiated under part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code.

The Penza Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the murder of the missing familiar defendants in the case of the “network” of Ekaterina Levchenko. This was announced by the "MBH Media" father of the girl Sergey Levchenko.

He noted that they, along with the mother Levchenko, visited the SK on the eve, where they were called after contacting the prosecutor's office. “The investigator said that the case was opened, he was assigned a number. All the conversations that we conducted were entered into protocols. The case was opened under the article “Murder”, ”he said.

The mother of the girl Tatyana Levchenko told MBH Media that she was recognized as a victim in the case. “We wrote a statement of excitement, an explanation. Some katina were seized things, a tablet and an old phone where there was a correspondence. There was also an interrogation, a more detailed explanation. I wrote in an explanation that I ask you to check the words of the Poltava and once again check the place where Artem's remains were found, ”she said.

Earlier, Levchenko’s parents applied to the prosecutor with a statement to verify the defendants in the “network” case for involvement in her murder. They asked to start a preliminary investigation to resolve the issue of initiating a criminal case “on the fact of causing death” against Maxim Ivankin, Dmitry Pchelintsev and Alexei Poltavts.

Earlier it was reported that the defendants in the case of the “network” may be involved in the disappearance of Levchenko and the murder of a resident of Penza Artem Dorofeev. They disappeared in March 2017. After some time, the corpse of Dorofeev was found in the Ryazan forest. In the pre -trial detention center, the defendants of the Penza case were interrogated as witnesses in the case of the murder of Dorofeev, but the charge was not charged to any of them.

On February 10, in Penza, the Volga District Military Court sentenced the seven defendants in the case of the “network” to the terms of six to 18 years in the colony. Dmitry Pchelintsev received 18 years in a maximum security colony, Ilya Shakursky - 16 years of strict and a fine of 50 thousand rubles, Andrei Chernov - 14 years of strict regime, Maxim Ivankin - 13 years of strict regime, Mikhail Kulkov - 10 years of strict regime, Vasily Kuksov - 9 years of general regime, Arman Sagynbaev - 6 years of general regime colony. They were found guilty of participating in the terrorist community - part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code.

Earlier, the court sentenced Igor Shishkin to 3.5 years. The criminal prosecution of another person involved, Yegor Zorin, whose confession became a formal basis for initiating a case, was discontinued.
