Sasha Filipenko is a 35-year-old Belarusian writer, the author of the novels “Red Cross”, “Half”, “Former Son”, “Intentions” and “Return to Ostrog”. His books were translated into 11 languages, and Sasha himself received the Russian Prize, the Snoba Award and the annual prize of the Banner magazine. He was born in Belarus, but has been living in Russia for many years.
