The FSB examination discovered traces of narcotic substances on the outer surface of the hair of journalist Ivan Golunov. This was announced by MBH Media by Alexei Kovrizhkin, a lawyer of the former head of the department for the circulation of heroin, cocaine and synthetic drugs (PMCs) of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the Western District of the capital Igor Lyakhovts.
“The examination was carried out on June 18, 2019, it was carried out by the experts of the Institute of Forensics of the Center for Special Technology of the FSB of Russia. Its conclusion is such that Mephedron, phenylpentan and cocaine were found on the outer surface of the samples of Golunov’s hair. ” Why the results of this examination became known only now, Kovrizhkin does not know: “I can’t explain it in any way. There were rumors that there was such an examination, but only today we were familiarized with it. ”
Lawyer Ivan Kolunov Sergey Badamshin confirmed the “MBH Media” existence of such an examination. “We are familiar with the results of this examination. I pay attention that narcotic substances were found not in the hair, but on the outer surface of the hair. We connect the appearance of narcotic substances on the outer surface of the hair with physical contact with police officers who threw drugs Golunov, ”said Badamshin.
He recalled that physical strength was used in relation to Golunov: “Physical contact with the police officers was, including in the CJSC Internal Affairs Directorate’s office. These drugs were on the hands of these police officers. Once again I want to emphasize that, according to the hair, according to the examination, no narcotic drugs were found. Drugs on Golunov’s hair are one of the episodes of falsification of operational-search activities (horde). Just as the drugs were thrown, they also applied them to the outer surface of the hair. ”
