
The prosecutor approved the indictment of Anastasia Shevchenko, accused of participating in an “unwanted organization”. This was announced by MBH Media by the lawyer of the Human Rights Cards Sergey Badamshin
According to him, the criminal case has 29 volumes. On February 14, Shevchenko’s defense completed familiarization with the materials. Protection also filed a petition for the introduction of the characteristics of Shevchenko, medical documents and other documents. In addition, lawyers asked to stop criminal prosecution against Anastasia Shevchenko.
The criminal case on the implementation of the activities of an unwanted organization (284.1 of the Criminal Code) against Anastasia Shevchenko was instituted on January 21, 2019. The case was initiated by the denunciation of the Sergei Rulev, who moved from Ukraine in 2014. The activist did not admit guilt. On January 23, she was sent under house arrest.
During the first appeal, Shevchenko stated that the FSIN inspector did not allow her to call a doctor to children, and the court refuses to consider her request for a trip to the boarding school for the eldest disabled daughter for a week. Only on January 30 she was allowed to visit the child in intensive care, on January 31, 2019 she died Shevchenko.
On February 19 of this year, the Cassation Court in Krasnodar upheld the decision to extend house arrest Anastasia Shevchenko.
