Searches took place at the Novosibirsk City Hall

Law enforcement officers conducted investigative actions at the Novosibirsk City Hall. It is reported about searches in the legal department.

The operatives came to the Novosibirsk City Hall on February 28, a source familiar with the situation told Taiga.info. According to him, the searches were held in the Department of Legal and Personnel work, which is headed by Margarita Maslov.

The sources of Taiga.info at the city hall did not confirm and did not refute the facts of investigative actions. The press service of the IC of the Russian Federation did not comment on the information.

According to Sib.Fm, the investigative actions took place as part of the case, initiated under Part 1 and 3 of Art. 183 of the Criminal Code (illegal receipt and disclosure of information constituting a commercial, tax or banking secret). The source of the publication claims that the case is connected with the illegal residential building in the Dzerzhinsky district of the city, the owner of which the "certain man" could propose to "legitimize" the construction for a reward.

On February 25, it became known about investigative actions in other municipal structures. The case was opened under Part 2 of Art. 292 of the Criminal Code (official forgery, which entailed a significant violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens).
