In Primorsky Krai, during the celebration of Maslenitsa in the village of Mikhailovka, a porn video was shown on a screen installed in the central square.

According to the investigative department of the Investigative Committee for the region, "an unknown intruder illegally gained access to a computer with access to a media panel." A criminal case has been initiated under the article on the illegal production and circulation of pornographic materials, which provides for punishment of up to six years in prison.

The head of the department for culture and youth policy of the Mikhailovsky district, Anna Ryabenko, told KP that the illegal broadcast lasted no more than 30 seconds, and then it was turned off. The administration of the Mikhailovsky district promised that "those who were responsible for the screen and committed negligence, and those who did it, will be punished to the fullest extent of the law."
