Pskov: The journalist Prokopieva filed a lawsuit due to post on Facebook

Expert Olga Yakutsutz filed a lawsuit half a million to the Pskov journalist Svetlana Prokopyeva because of a Facebook post , which, according to the Anchutsuts, is discredited by a business reputation. The journalist demanded half a million rubles as compensation and refutation on a Facebook page. A copy of the lawsuit is at the disposal of the editorial office.

Olga Yakutsutz did not like the words of Prokopyeva, where the journalist talks about new experts who will conduct a repeated psychological-linguistic examination of the “Repression for the State” column, due to which the prosecutor initially charged the journalist for justification of terrorism. Prokopyeva suggested that the experts would “be to the last” so that the court shall be convicted to the journalist.

The Anchutsuts saw in the post a defamatory information: allegations of "violation of business ethics and customs of business turnover", "incorrect, unethical behavior in personal, social or political life."

Olga Yakutsutz in 2009 participated in the elections from the United Russia party. According to the publication Taiga.info, in 2018 an expert, which is called the representative of the All -Russian Popular Front, represented the Patriots of Russia party in the elections.

The Yakutsutz as an expert participated in the criminal case of the defender of the Khakass culture Lydia Bainova , who was accused of calls for extremism. The Anchutsuts saw on the Bainova post on Facebook "Nationalist sentiments" and "National competition".

The criminal case on the justification of terrorism was opened on Svetlana Prokopyev in February 2019 after she was on the air of the Echo of Moscow in Pskov discussed the terrorist attack in the UFSB in the Arkhangelsk region, where 17-year-old Mikhail Zhlobitsky arranged an explosion in October 2018.

Prokopyev was supported by journalists, international human rights organizations, politicians and public figures in Russia and other countries.
