The Russian national football team was placed in a group with Turkey, Hungary and Serbia in the League of Nations

The Russian national football team will play against Serbia, Hungary and Turkey in the group stage of the 2020/2021 Nations League. The draw for the tournament took place on March 3 in Amsterdam. Russia was placed in the third group of Division B.

The group stage will start on September 3 and end on November 17, 2020.

• The UEFA Nations League has been held since autumn 2018. It was created to replace friendly matches, which do not generate significant interest among fans.
• In the first Nations League draw, Russia also participated in Division B and took second place in its group.
